Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. The rooms were very comfortable even though the rates are quite cheap, clean, and decent. The location is at the center of the city, just near City Palace, but avoid it if you plan on driving due to high congestion. The dining experience was good, although it took a long time for the food to arrive. The service was excellent with various amenities available, and the staff was friendly.
The hotel had clean rooms, but the experience was disappointing with old curtains, non-functioning switches, dirty blanket and towel, and a horrible bathroom. The food menu at the restaurant was completely different from expectations and the price was double compared to other options.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was convenient being near the Udaipur Palace and other key spots, the rooms were disappointing with bed-bug issues and lack of hot water in the morning. The hotel's pricing seemed a bit high for the quality received, making it a questionable choice for future stays.
